From my last post you already know I started my summer class this past Monday (June 16, 2014) 10 a.m. to 12:50 p.m. I'm taking 'Intro to Business'. So far, this week has been great and I really like my class and my teacher. My class is really small like only 4-5 people since not many people signed up for the course; But oh well at least I get 1 on 1 attention when I need help. The homework and the workload is not bad either and I have a lot of time to get things done both in and outside of class. Since my class got narrowed down to one day a week (Wednesdays) due to low number of students, I have a lot of days to get my homework finished before my class meets again. So, again class is so far so good...I and a lot of other people have started registering for fall semester (my college moves so fast with registration!) in the fall I'm taking 2 courses this time. I hope I like fall classes just as much I as like this class, I'll wait and see!

It's been raining a lot here lately between Delaware and Maryland, but I don't mind I love the rain. I rarely hear anyone say that but me, most people think I'm odd when I say that. I don't know, for some reason rain makes me relaxed and it brings out my creative side and a good storm put me to sleep in no time! I also feel like I have clear head later in the day and or the day after. I think the only thing I probably dislike about the rain is driving in a heavy down pour or in a flooded area. Other than that if I'm inside watching the rain fall out the window or listening to the sound of it hitting the glass I'm good. For myself I feel like the water from the rain just kinda of does some type of mental and emotional cleanse or detox and feels like the rain washes all my worries and troubles and gives me a clean slate. Just what I need sometimes to feel refreshed, therefore I enjoy the rain.

I'm going to college for a summer semester next Monday (June 16, 2014), I'll be taking one class which is called 'Intro to Business' 2 times a week (Monday and Wednesday). I know summer is usually considered the for vacations, fun and travel, but me for some reason I do really well academically around this time of year not sure why though. I'm okay with going to school in the summer for 1 because I've went to school in the summer before for cosmetology school, so it doesn't bother me one or the other. And also for 2, I usually have nothing else plan in the summer sadly. I know a lot of people would say "No way! I'm not giving up my summer!" but as an adult I feel like if you had a job where you worked year round you would so why not school too if you wanted to. Not mandatory, that's just my thinking though. Right now I'm trying the further my education to get gain new skills and potentially own my own business eventually. For right now I'm just going to see how this semester goes to determine the future from there and also whether I want to continue on for the fall.
